Paleontologists Excavate in K3!

Today the kids worked like scientists to excavate fossils found inside rocks.  They used official "tools" to discover dinosaur bones and eggs.  Of course when they were finished they ate it.  :)

Oh My Oh My Oh DINOSAURS!

We are beginning our study of dinosaurs in K3.  Today we learned about all of the herbivores.  I do have to say that the boys were a bit dissapointed because they are READY for the T-Rex.  My camera battery died today so I have no picutres to share.  Hopefully I will find the charger in my mess.  :)

Pirates and Princissess!

We had so much fun at the Pirate and Princess Party on Friday night!  Here are just a few pictures of the night.  We ate pizza and cookies, made hats and necklaces, painted nails and faces, and even went on a treasure hunt ALL OVER THE SCHOOL!   It was a magical night. 

The Cat in the Hat Came to K3 Today!

You will be happy to know that when surveyed, all but 3 kids said that they WOULD in fact tell their mother if a strange cat came to their house when their mother was out.  The other three....... well.... let's just say that we discussed what a bad idea that would be to NOT tell Mom.
