The Jolly Postman came TODAY!

Today we were so lucky to have a real "Jolly Postman" come and read to us.  In his mail bag we saw different types of mail that comes into our mail boxes, found the book The Jolly Postman, and even received our very own postcard!

We are working HARD!

We are working really hard in preparation of open house on Thursday night from 5:30-7:00.  We hope to see you there!

Thumbellina

Today the kids were so happy to meet Mrs. Thornal when she read Thumbellina.  The kids were very excited as they had been waiting on that one FOREVER!   

Book Fair!

Today your child went window shopping at the book fair.  They will be bringing home a list of their favorite items.  You may come to have breakfast with them either tomorrow or Wednesday in the library and shop then, send in money in an envelope and let them shop on their own, or shop on Thursday night during open house. 

Alladin and the Genie!

Today Aladin and the Genie, Ms. Suzanne and Ms. Jacquie, came to read the book Aladin to us.  They had EVERYTHING including a magic lamp and a treasure chest full of gold coins.  We are so lucky that they shared with us!

Rapunzel Rapunzel Let down Your Hair!!

Today Ms. Hawkins came to read the fairy tale Rapunzel.  She even shared a strand of her golden locks.  What a great end to a magical week! 

High Tech High Touch!

We were so lucky today to have high Tech High Touch visit kindergarten!  We were able to perform some experiments just like marine biologists learning all about the ocean.  We even get to take some tools home!
