A Peek At Our Day

I was just looking around at all of the learning taking place!  We have a QR code hunt that describes different careers, kids writing stories, working on the computer, and learning how to take care of our teeth! Can you believe they are only 5/6?

I have found that I am either good at keeping up with the blog or good at keeping up on Twitter, but not usually both at the same time.  If you haven't already, please join Twitter and follow us @waytobek3.  Even if we are the only ones you follow, I try and post SOMETHING each day so that you can have a talking point with your child about school so that you can be connected to what we are learning.  These kids are AMAZING and love when I tell them that I am going to tweet out something great they are doing.  :)

A BEARY Great Day!

It was so fun seeing the kids with their stuffed animals on Friday.  They danced with them, read to them, described them in their writing, and even drew portraits of them.  I would say it was a success!

We LOVE Our New Playground!

It may be really hot outside, but that isn't stopping us from playing on our new playground.  There is something magical about listening to these kids laughing together.

These kids were THRILLED to work like scientists today making observations about what happened when they mixed colors together.  They worked to use safe practices as well!
